If you need a road surface with good endurance, stable and confortable for maintenance then asphalt is the best choice. In Estonia the first road section out of asphalt was built in 1924. Today asphalt is the most widespread surface of highways and city roads. Plc TREV-2 Grupp enterprises have a long-term experience in building and in laying asphalt surfaces. During the whole group's activity history we have been among most successful ones in the field of asphalt production and laying in Estonia, we bring new technologies and techniques to the country and adopt these in production processes. On the ground of experience accumulated during many years we can suggest to the customer solutions with the best quality and price. The optimal result is ensured when we have possibility to build all the constructive parts of the surface.
There are four enterprises in the group that are engaged in asphalt production and laying: Plc Teede REV-2, Plc ABT Revador, Plc Põlva Teed and Ltd Valga Teed.
There is long-term experience behind the motto of group's quality and environment policy „Smooth roads for longer time“ that says road surfaced producted and layed by us are well preserved in difficult conditions and with big volume of traffic. In general the guarantee period for road surfaces in Estonia is two years. Plc Teede REV-2 have given ten-year guarantee as well and the time shows that during nine years no problems that would be caused by unevenness, subsidence or cracks appeared on the road section Vaidla-Aruvalla on Tartu highway direction towards Tartu. This is a clear sign that we can successfully use in practice the craftsmanship that was accumulated for many years.
The group has modern mobile plants with big technical capacity that allow to produce different asphalt mixes all over Estonia. Branch enterprises of TREV-2 Grupp Plc have six asphalt mixers (three of which are mobile) with productivity 40-250 tonns/hour. The newest mixer was taken to use in 2010. According to these feagures we are the producer of asphalt mixes with the biggest technical potencial in Estonia.
The group has also made its contribution to the update of surface treatment technologies. In 2005 a modern equipment complex for production of bitumen emulsions was opened in Tsirguliina, Valga county. Production of emulsions allow to adopt road building technologies that are economical and suitable for our climate, that are more friendly for environment and need less energy power.
